White Swan Cocktails

On the seventh day of Christmas, Belling gave to me… White swan cocktails. With a nutmeg and orange infusion, this cocktail will be your new go-to this season.

• Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

• 100ml bourbon whiskey
• 2tbsp icing sugar
• 6tbsp double cream
• 75ml orange liqueur
• Ice
• Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
• Orange peel twist, to garnish

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Pour into 2 short glasses.
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and fresh orange peel.
