Puff Pastry for Tartlets

Ingredients
- 4 sheets of ready rolled pastry
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- Using a small cookie cutter cut the pastry to fit the mini muffin tins.
- Prick well with a fork, brush with beaten egg and bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden.
- Allow tartlets to cool before filling.
