Cinnamon Twists with fudgy chocolate sauce

Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
- Dipping sauce
- 1 cup dark cooking chocolate
- 1/4 cup fresh cream.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C on a fanned function.
- Brush each sheet of pastry with butter until it is all covered, it doesn't haven't to be thick just make sure it's all covered.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture covering the surface, use your hands to press around and press down slightly.
- Fold the pastry in half and press it together so the cinnamon sugar gets a little more grip.
- Brush with the surface with more butter, again it doesn't have to be thick just make sure the surface is covered.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar covering the whole surface.
- Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut your pastry into about 1" strips, twist each strip a couple of times and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While the pastry is cooking, in a small saucepan on an induction cooktop, melt the chocolate and cream on a level one whisking to mix well.Serve warm with the pastry twists. If using a gas cooktop, select the lowest heat setting.
